  • Screening: Our team will view and filter applicant’s resume based off pre-determined requirements
  • Vetting: Applicants that have met the initial resume screening requirements will then be reached out to by our team to have a phone discussion.  Our team will qualify the applicants based on the predetermined requirements set by your team.  All notes from the call will be documented in your talent technology
  • Organizing: Applicants who have gone through the phone vetting, will then be put into groups (within your talent technology) based on the predetermined requirements set by your team.  These can be tag, grouping, etc.
